Landscape Technician
$18–$23/hr

Landscape Team Leader
$22–$28/hr

We’re looking for a confident, production-driven leader who can run projects efficiently while building a strong, accountable crew culture.
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead a small crew while maintaining morale and productivity
- Take full ownership of job-site performance and daily output
- Maintain professional conduct with clients, the public, and team members
- Ensure site cleanliness and proper equipment care
- Train and mentor Landscape Technicians
Operational Execution
- Understand job sequencing and manage workflow efficiently
- Plan daily tools, materials, and crew assignments
- Keep projects on schedule and eliminate downtime
- Make decisive on-site calls to maintain momentum
Technical Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of grading, base preparation, and installation standards
- Ability to read and execute project plans and drawings
- Confident operating landscape tools and construction equipment
Professional Skills
- Clear communication with crew and management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- On-site problem-solving ability
- Enforce safe work practices
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for documentation
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to tow a trailer
