Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified appointments through residential canvassing, leveraging strong communication skills, and engaging potential clients effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and business development skills within a supportive environment. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish language skills are a plus. The position involves utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track progress, with a focus on B2B sales, marketing, and technical sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct canvassing routes in residential neighborhoods to generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Engage potential clients with persuasive communication, emphasizing the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and address initial inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure appointment commitments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in canvassing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles, preferably within technology or service industries.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking activities.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and technical sales concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
