Parts Professional Required for Heavy Duty Truck Dealership

A customer asks for “the thing that bolts to the other thing.” The technician calls it something completely different. The supplier lists it under a third name—and has superseded the number twice.
If you are the person who can bridge that gap and find the right part every time, Beaver Truck Centre wants you. We are looking for a Parts Specialist who thrives on solving puzzles, teamwork and delivering excellent service to our customers and shop.
What You’ll Do
- Find parts quickly for customers and technicians in-store, by phone, or email
- Manage warehouse inventory by unloading, receiving, and organizing incoming parts
- Process purchase orders and collaborate with vendors to order required parts
- Assist in Coordinating service inquiries including repair orders and direct customer communication
- Secure facility by executing standard closing procedures for the parts department
What You’ll Bring
- Truck mechanics expertise with strong knowledge of truck parts and system
- Proficient in business software, including Email, excel and word processing
- Karmak DMS experience preferred, or familiar with similar dealership management systems
- Self-Motivated to manage daily tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette and organizational skills
