Job Description:
We're looking for a Market Manager, Loss Prevention to lead strategy, influence key business decisions, and drive operational excellence across a multi-district retail market. In this role, you'll partner closely with Field, Regional, and Loss Prevention leaders to identify risks, protect company assets, and support business growth. You'll lead a team of District Loss Prevention Managers, building capability, fostering accountability, and creating an environment where associates can thrive and grow.

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute the market Loss Prevention strategy to support business objectives and reduce risk.
Build trusted partnerships with Field and Regional leaders, serving as a strategic advisor on Loss Prevention priorities.
Lead and develop a team of District Loss Prevention Managers, fostering engagement, accountability, and growth.
Coach leaders to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and succession readiness.
Use data, trends, and market insights to inform decisions and optimize resources.
Drive shrink reduction, compliance, and operational excellence across the market.
Partner cross-functionally to support program implementation, technology deployment, and business initiatives.
Lead responses to complex investigations, high-risk incidents, and emerging business risks.
Manage market budgets and ensure resources are aligned to strategic priorities.
Champion continuous improvement and a culture of safety, integrity, and asset protection.
About You:
8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Loss Prevention
Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
Proven success building strong relationships and influencing leaders across multiple levels of an organization.
Skilled at consulting with business partners to solve problems, manage risk, and achieve results.
Strong people leadership experience with a passion for coaching, development, and talent planning.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive team performance.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn insights into action. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing complex issues, investigations, or operational risks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: $ 118,709.60-$168,709.60 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
