Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment across North America for COS and selected H&M Group brands. This role is responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience across Mexico, Canada and the United States.
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work in close partnership with hiring managers and People teams, offering guidance while ensuring a smooth and effective end-to-end process.
The role spans a broad range of positions, from office-based roles in New York and other key cities to store and store leadership positions, including Store Managers, Visual Managers and Department Managers.
Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, ensuring a consistent and considered approach.

Manage hiring across both office and Store roles, aligning with brand and business needs.

Create and manage job adverts, ensuring clarity, inclusivity and alignment with the COS brand.

Support candidate selection through screening, assessment and partnership with hiring managers.

Coordinate interview processes across time zones, ensuring a seamless experience.

Act as a trusted partner, providing insight on market trends, hiring strategies and best practice.

Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Maintain accurate pipeline management and data quality within systems.

Support offer processes and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new starters.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve ways of working and share relevant talent insights with stakeholders.

You have a strong, deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process: from planning, intake meeting, sourcing & attraction, assessments, and offer preparation & negotiation.

You also have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and are able to advise and influence hiring managers and leaders.

You have a strong foundation in data analytics, able to build talent supply & demand plans, set and track KPIs and accurately report on performance. What you need to succeed:

Deep hands-on experience delivering high-performance recruitment end-to-end from store level to office persona.

Informal leadership with strong track-record of stakeholder partnering and advisory.

Strong understanding of TA metric and able to formulate strategy to impact it

This is a full time Permanent contract based at our Regional Office in Toronto.

Compensation: $92,500 - $121,000

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely however due to the high level of cross department collaborations approx. 3 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
