Overview
Zoon Media is looking for a talented part-time contract videographer and video editor to join our Edmonton real estate media team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable shooting high-quality real estate video, creating engaging social media content, and editing polished final videos for real estate agents, builders, developers, and other property-related clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and experience with various Adobe Creative Suite applications and video editing software. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, depending on project needs.
Position Details
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Position Type: Part-time contract
Compensation: Paid on a per-job basis
Schedule: Flexible, with availability required during regular daytime shooting hours
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Shooting professional real estate listing videos
- Capturing property walk-throughs, lifestyle footage, community highlights, and agent-focused content
- Creating short-form vertical video content for social media, including Reels
- Editing real estate videos from start to finish
- Colour grading and delivering polished final edits
- Working with RAW video footage where required
- Communicating professionally with clients, homeowners, agents, and team members
- Arriving on time and prepared for scheduled shoots
- Delivering consistent, high-quality work that matches Zoon Media’s brand standards
- Managing files, footage, and edits in an organized and reliable manner
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Their own professional video equipment
- Their own liability insurance
- Experience shooting and editing video
- Experience shooting RAW and/or strong colour grading ability
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible scheduling and availability
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally on site
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for composition, lighting, and movement
