We just brought on a new chef with Michelin-star kitchen experience, and we're rebuilding the line around what good food and a good time can look like in the same room.

Reliable.
On time, in clean whites, ready to work. Every shift, no exceptions.

Our new chef is teaching the line things most kitchens don't get the chance to learn. You want that.

You enjoy working the line. You enjoy prep. Both, not one.
Honest about your level.
Whether you're 2 years in or 12, we'll meet you where you are and grow you from there.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES
FoodSafe Level 1 (or willing to earn it in your first two weeks). Legal to work in Canada. Eight hours on your feet without losing your sense of humor.
$21–$25/hour + tips pooled fairly and posted transparently. Plus benefits.
