- Full Time/Guaranteed 40 hrs/Week
- RRSP Match. $.50 per hour after 1 year service

PRODUCTION LABOURER DUTIES:
Piling and sorting lumber ∙ Manual lifting of materials from approximately 5 pounds to 115 pounds ∙ Feeding and tailing moulders, presses and saws ∙ Applying putty to wood products ∙ General clean up duties
SHIFT TIMES:
- Day Shift 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
RATE OF PAY:
Starting hourly rate of $22.28/hr withscheduled wage increases:
- 46 to 120 shifts worked - $22.84
- 121 to 240 shifts worked - $23.40
- 241 to 360 shifts worked - $24.99
- 361+ shifts worked - $26.65
- PLUS $1.50 shift premium at all levels when working afternoons
ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES:
- Attendance Bonus - $150.00/month + $150.00/quarter (if all 3 months’ bonus are earned). Total of $2,400.00/year available bonus.
- Referral Bonus - $250.00/referral
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Extended Health Plan/LTD – eligible after 45 shifts, 75% paid by Woodtone. After 1 year of service, Woodtone will pay 90%.

Lead Hand – $30.47/hr +
Moulder Technician - $38.77/hr
Grinder Technician - $38.77/hr
