Nous recherchons un Cuisinier d'expérience, passionné par le métier et prêt à évoluer au sein d'une brigade où chaque service est un spectacle.
- Salaire fixe entre 22 et 24 $/h (à discuter selon l'expérience)
- + Accès aux partage de pourboires
- Temps plein (environ 30 h/semaine)
- Horaire principalement de soir et de fin de semaine
- Brigade expérimentée et structurée
- Environnement professionnel, rapide et organisé
- Formation à la station pizza
Le cuisinier participe activement aux services et est appelé à maîtriser l'ensemble des stations de la cuisine.
Concrètement, le cuisinier devra :
- Exécuter les services avec précision et efficacité
- Travailler aux stations pâtes, grill et sauté
- Apprendre les techniques de la station pizza
- Maintenir les standards de qualité, d'organisation et de salubrité
- Contribuer au succès de la brigade, chaque soir
Ce poste est pour vous si :
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience comme cuisinier
- Expérience en pâtes, grill et sauté obligatoire
- Polyvalence et autonomie en cuisine
- Excellente gestion du rythme et des priorités
- Esprit d'équipe et souci du travail bien fait
Atout apprécié : Expérience comme pizzaiolo, particulièrement en pizza napolitaine

Following the success of our Quebec City location, Il Teatro is now taking the stage in Montreal, in the heart of Quartier des Spectacles.
We are looking for an experienced Cook who is passionate about the craft and ready to join a professional kitchen brigade where every service is a performance.
- Hourly wage between $22 and $24/hour (based on experience)
- Plus tip sharing
- Full-time position (approximately 30 hours/week)
- Evening and weekend schedule
- Experienced and well-structured kitchen brigade
- Professional, fast-paced and organized environment
- Training on our pizza station
As a Cook, you will play an active role during service and be expected to work confidently across all kitchen stations.
More specifically, you will:
- Execute each service with precision and consistency
- Work the pasta, grill and sauté stations
- Learn our pizza-making techniques through in-house training
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, organization and food safety
- Contribute to the success of the brigade every shift
This position is for you if you have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cook
- Proven experience on pasta, grill and sauté stations
- Versatility and autonomy in the kitchen
- Excellent ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
Asset:
Experience as a Pizzaiolo, particularly with Neapolitan-style pizza.
