Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and personable Spa Manager to lead our spa operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service. Duties
- Supervise daily spa operations, including scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Ensure all treatments and services meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and daily financial reporting accurately
- Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations within the spa facility
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Promote spa services and special packages to enhance client engagement and retention
Skills
- Licensed or certified esthetician (licensed in MB highly preferre) require.
- Proven experience i Managing a spa as manager minimum 1 year inside Canada.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage financial records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with guests and staff effectively
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, or related industry standards is a plus
- Ability to foster a positive team environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Good dressing sense.
Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
