Office Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the office while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and records.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
