-Ensure store always clean & organized and able to multitasks
- Be able to accurately book, confirm, reschedule and move appointments to clients needs using salon software.
- Be able to describe in detail our services and to answer any questions to our guest satisfaction.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Spa receptionist skills (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 years (Preferred)
