- Work closely with leadership and marketing teams on expansion strategies
Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management is an asset
- Comfortable building relationships with different stakeholders
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities at once
- LinkedIn networking and outreach experience preferred
- Background in real estate, marketing, property management, or community partnerships is a bonus
