We are seeking the services of an experienced Graphic Design and Client Services Representative. We produce high end graphics for interior and exterior purposes. You will be the first point of contact for all walk ins and many of our clients phoning in to make an order. You will help build long term relationships with our clients and have opportunities to work with out social media channels and do graphic design for our clients internal and external.

How you will contribute to the team:
· Welcoming our clients and understanding their needs enough to be able to suggest solutions and guide them
· Selling our clients on the high quality products we produce
· Helping clients with their graphic design
· Learning and understandingthe different finishes and materials prints can be done on.
· Management of workflow and meeting deadlines. Opportunities for overtime are available from time to time.
· High standards of Print Quality and Colour management.
· Maintain work environment, cleaning, stocking and inventory control.
· Ensuring all orders are high quality and ready for the next department
· Crosstraining to support other departments, such as Dry Mounting, Install and Fabrication, when possible.
Skills you bring:
· Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
· A friendly and welcoming demeanour
· Understanding multiple medias and substrates.
· Strong time management & job coordination.
· Hands on industry experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
