About the Role: Ace Courier has an immediate opening for a motivated, multi-talented individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, professional driving, and customer interaction. You will be the "face" of our warehouse, handling everything from heavy equipment operation to digital logistics paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist customers with pickups and drop-offs, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
- Forklift & Warehouse: Safely operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles and organize the dock.
- Logistics Admin: Use our computer systems to accurately generate shipping labels, manifests, and pickup/drop-off paperwork.
- Driving: Operate 5-ton trucks, Flat Decks, and Cube Vans for daily deliveries .
- Independence: Manage the warehouse flow with limited supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
Updated Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and able to learn logistics software quickly.
- Certifications: Forklift Certification is required (or must be willing to certify immediately).
- Licensing: Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Physicality: Ability to move heavy objects and remain active for an 8–10 hour shift.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English for customer interaction and paperwork accuracy.
Salary & Benefits:
- Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
