Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation levels
- Perform wheel alignments and balancing as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance related to tires and suspension systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Adhere to dealership safety protocols and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience with automotive maintenance, repairs, or tire services is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Ability to lift heavy tires or equipment safely (heavy lifting required)
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and mechanical principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record required
