Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards
- Change linens, empty trash bins, and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Use custodial equipment and cleaning products effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness in busy or large-scale facilities is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
