Responsibilities
- Drywall repairs, painting and graffiti removal
- Cabinetry, doors, locks and hinge repairs or replacement
- Flooring tile repairs and replacement
- Exterior painting, concrete and asphalt repairs
- Water damage, restoration and repairs
- If experienced, plumbing, electrical and welding
- Metal, glass, plastic repairs
- Handwriting workorders
