This is for one specific person. If you have experience operating a gimbal. You have a natural eye for composition. And you want consistent, professional creative work with a company that takes pride in what they do. And you don't need to already have a real estate media portfolio. Any professional or creative context where you've actually shot on a gimbal counts.
The role:
You'll be going from property to property capturing video footage, photos and measurements of residential properties. At the end of the day you upload your footage. No editing on your end.
What we need:
Real world gimbal experience. Confident, not curious.
A natural eye for composition. You see a space and you know what to do with it.
Reliability and coachability. We need to be able to count on you and guide you in the process.
Not the right fit if:
You don't have active work publicly posted anywhere. It can be just passion/hobby work. But it needs to live online somewhere.
Scheduling is flexible but availability during the day matters. Volume follows the market: slower in winter, busier in summer. If you need guaranteed consistent hours year-round, this isn't the right fit
Compensation:
$20/hour through training. After training, compensation transitions to a per-task structure with meaningful increases based on volume.
