Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities and must have knowledge in BOILER SYSTEMS . This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various systems to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills, along with leadership qualities to oversee maintenance activities effectively. Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) are highly desirable. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing, electrical work, welding, or mechanical systems to apply their expertise in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems and execute repairs accurately
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS software
- Lead maintenance team members, supervising daily tasks and ensuring safety compliance
- Conduct welding repairs or modifications on structural components when necessary
- Coordinate with hotel management to prioritize maintenance requests and projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Assist in planning long-term facility upgrades or renovations

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
