As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the spa, helping create a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting clients and managing appointments to sharing product knowledge and local recommendations, you'll play an important role in ensuring the spa operates smoothly and that guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with bookings and inquiries
- Schedule spa appointments and communicate arrival times and cancellation policies
- Coordinate with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Share knowledge of spa treatments, products, local activities, and attractions
- Assist guests with retail purchases and provide product recommendations
- Process debit and credit card transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
- Support additional operational duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
- Spa experience or knowledge is an asset, but not required
- ProServe Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Flexible and adaptable working style
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
