We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and highly organized Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Heartland location and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and prospects
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Conduct tours and convert leads into memberships
- Manage member onboarding and account support
- Oversee daily operations of the workspace
- Ensure meeting rooms, offices, and common areas are fully operational
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and cleaning teams
- Plan and execute community events and engagement initiatives
- Support occupancy growth and sales targets
- Maintain CRM and administrative records
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, office management, sales, or coworking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
