Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for growing and managing sales across Ontario.
This field-based role includes regular customer visits, relationship development with dealers, distributors, and contractors, and working closely with internal teams to support business growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the Ontario territory.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Conduct customer visits and product support meetings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and customer support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and customer service.
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
