Summary
We are seeking a full-time Pizza Cook to join our team at Bevi Birra. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas made-to-order for our customers, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our new brew pub. Your culinary skills will play a vital role in enhancing our food offerings and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area during and after food preparation.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment, preferably with pizza preparation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
