What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches in a conversational, client-centred way.
- Conduct intake and mental health assessments, including safety assessments.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Support clients with practical coping strategies for anxiety, self-worth, and relationship challenges.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track client progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered therapist with a master’s degree (RP, RCT, MSW, or Psychologist)
- Comfortable working in person in Halifax with option to see virtual clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client centred approach
- Training in evidence based therapy approaches
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Interest in contributing to a practice that blends therapy with wellness

Pay: $100.00-$160.00 per hour
