HIRING IMMEDIATELY – DELIVERY DRIVER (Mercedes Sprinter Van)
NO CAR ACCIDENTS ( 6 YEARS )
We are looking for a responsible, professional, and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. If you are dependable, enjoy working independently, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply!
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (Sunday– Saturday)
- Shift Start Time: 10:00 AM
- Shift End Time: Varies between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (depending on traffic and delivery load)
- Location: Routes primarily cover Central Toronto and the downtown core
- Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Mercedes Sprinter van for deliveries
- Load, unload, and transport foodservice products to multiple locations throughout the day
- Use a hand cart efficiently for moving and delivering items
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and report any delays, issues, or concerns
Job Requirements:
- Must have a
- Previous foodservice and delivery experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Central Toronto and the downtown core is preferred
- Must have a clean driver’s abstract (No accidents or demerit points)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
