The Opportunity
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday). This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent daytime hours that align well with school schedules or other daytime commitments.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technical staff
- Assist with managing incoming support requests (tickets) and ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Help keep internal systems organized and up to date
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
What You Bring
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, cloud apps, and learning new software quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Previous admin, office, or customer service experience is an asset
- Experience with IT or MSP environments is a bonus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
