Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Automotive Internal Operations & Tower Control role. This position plays a key part in coordinating internal vehicle operations and ensuring smooth communication between sales, service, and detailing departments.
Responsibilities include:

Managing internal vehicle movement and workflow (“tower control”).

Coordinating vehicle preparation between sales, service, and detail departments.

Monitoring vehicle status to ensure timely delivery and readiness.

Assisting with inventory organization and internal vehicle logistics.

Maintaining accurate internal tracking and communication across departments.
Supporting overall dealership operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous dealership or automotive industry experience a must, at least 2 year.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
