Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, organize, move, and store inventory within the warehouse.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload shipments while handling materials carefully and following all safety procedures.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and complete daily tasks.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping and operational goals.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly and assist with minor troubleshooting when needed.
- Support overall warehouse operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Experience:
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is required.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with a reputation for reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse software is considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with tools/equipment is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures at all times.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
