Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lot Attendant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle organization, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Duties
- Assist with the parking, retrieval, and organization of vehicles on the dealership lot
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lot area
- Greet guests courteously and provide assistance as needed
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled and positioned for display or test drives
- Monitor the lot for safety hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Assist in moving vehicles during special events or promotions as needed
Skills
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive operations is preferred
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
- Organized with attention to detail for vehicle placement and lot maintenance
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay: $18.50-$23.53 per hour
