Previous experience in optical or healthcare is considered an asset, but not required (training provided)
Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner

Enter and maintain accurate patient information

Perform pre-testing for patients (training will be provided)

Schedule and confirm appointments

Process billing and insurance claims
-
Perform front desk duties including filing, scanning, and faxing
-
Recall patients for eye exams
-
Balance daily payments and assist with day-end closing procedures
Position Details:

Part time, approximately 20 – 25 hours per week
