Naturally clean is an established residential cleaning company specializing in one-time deep cleans and regular on going cleans in the Hamilton / Burlington area
Many of my clients are seniors or individuals with physical limitations who rely on consistent home support. Some homes are well maintained, while others may be extremly cluttered, hoarded or neglected.
$25.00/ hour regular homes
$30.00/ hour extreme cleaning homes
Because of this, I am looking for someone who is non-judgmental, compassionate, and comfortable working in challenging environments while maintaining professionalism and respect for clients at all times.
Each home is different. Some clients require standard upkeep, while others may also need additional tasks such as dishwashing, organizing, laundry support, etc.
Some jobs will require extreme cleaning. Some may have or have had mice, or cockroaches. There may be expired food. I understand this position is not for everyone. Please only apply if you would be comfortable in this environment
Requirements:
- Valid police background check
- Minimum experience in residential cleaning (deep cleaning experience strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Compassionate, respectful approach to vulnerable clients
Process
- Selected applicants will be invited to a brief online interview
- Successful candidates will complete a paid trial cleaning of a residential home in St.Catharines to view skills.
