Position: Independent Living Coach (Casual – 3 positions available)
About you…

- You are teachable and a positive person.
- You are a natural mentor, cheerleader, coach and support person.
- Ideally, you have experience supporting people in a residential setting.
- You would be able to provide a clean Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check and NB Social Development Check.
- Preferred candidates will have successful experience working in a similar setting as well as training in Human Services, Social Services, ABA, PSW, LPN or a discipline related to support of vulnerable adults.
The opportunity…
- As a casual, you have the ability to accept or decline shifts in a manner that works for your family needs. *Casuals need to work one shift a month to remain active on the casual list.
- Wages starting at $23.00/hr
- Partner with a local not-for-profit organization that has provided support for adults living with disabilities in the Sussex area since 1978.
