Overview
The Over Night Food Production Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion.
Please note, once trained, the shifts for this position would be starting at 8:00 or 9:00 pm and would be focused on the following nights.

Job Description
- Preparing goods for Fresh Departments, with a focus on subs, sandwiches and salads
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, Franchise policies, and other programs and initiatives
- Process customer orders
- Perform program execution and merchandising of product
- Receive and stock product in accordance with company procedures
- Process department shrink
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work over night (Back shift)
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching
- Exposure to sanitation and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
