Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and standards
- Support the team in food service operations, ensuring timely and quality service to guests
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all kitchen activities
- Supervise and oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with senior staff on kitchen management and workflow organization
- Serve as a team player by supporting colleagues during busy periods and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
- Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills within a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong understanding of the food industry, restaurant operations, and kitchen workflows
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, serving guests, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
