We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality, efficient service, and genuine care.
The successful candidate is passionate about people, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while representing the Element by Westin brand.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will:
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine, and professional demeanor.
- Complete guest arrivals and departures efficiently while ensuring accuracy of reservations, billing, and payment processing.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues whenever possible.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining recommendations.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails in accordance with Element and Marriott brand standards.
- Process room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate guest records and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment.
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and daily shift responsibilities.
- Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Previous Front Desk, Guest Services, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Hospitality or Marriott experience is preferred but not required.
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with guests from around the world.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and willing to learn hotel management systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
