SPECIALIST, DIGITAL PERFORMANCE
As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will join the Marketing & eCommerce team and work closely with the Director of Digital Performance. As part of the team responsible for paid media, you will have full ownership of Bouclair’s advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads, and will be directly accountable for their performance and ongoing development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY

Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns primarily on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display), as well as Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads.

Optimize audiences, ad groups, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and achieve growth objectives.

Ensure alignment between advertising messaging, website content, and ongoing promotions.

Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue).

Monitor and optimize significant paid media budgets.

Produce analyses and recommendations for weekly promotions, as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of dashboards used by the Marketing & eCommerce team.

Write creative briefs for the internal design team and external collaborators.

Create engaging, compelling ad copy aligned with the Bouclair brand, including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action.

Recommend creative improvements based on performance data and insights.

Ensure compliance with best practices and technical specifications for each advertising platform.

Execute A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.

Document results, identify key learnings, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Participate in process optimization initiatives and the integration of artificial intelligence tools.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
3+ years of experience in digital performance, paid media, or customer acquisition.

Proven ability to execute, optimize, and analyze digital campaigns, primarily on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.

Strong knowledge of GA4 and performance analytics tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI.

Strong copywriting skills in both French and English.

Experience with Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads (an asset).

Knowledge of SEO (an asset).

Experience in eCommerce or retail (an asset).

Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
