What Success Looks Like
Revenue Production
- Install residential/commercial HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
- Present repair and replacement options professionally.
- Help customers make informed decisions regarding their home comfort systems.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, and system upgrades.
Quality Workmanship
- Complete service, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard.
- Maintain low callback rates.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues accurately and efficiently.
Exceptional Customer Experience
- Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations.
- Communicate clearly before, during, and after service visits.
- Generate positive customer reviews and referrals.
Team Contribution
- Support apprentices and less experienced technicians when needed.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Gas certifications and industry certifications are considered strong assets
