Experienced Carpenter – High-End Residential Construction

Responsibilities
- Framing walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
- Exterior : installation of siding, windows, doors, soffit and facia
- Installing and finishing drywall to a high standard
- Installing flooring, doors, trim, baseboards, crown mouldings, and other finish carpentry elements
- Laying tile for floors, backsplashes, showers, and tub surrounds, including proper waterproofing systems
- Completing kitchen installations, including cabinetry, hardware, and finishing details
- Performing custom carpentry and millwork installations
- Reading plans and executing work with minimal supervision
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Collaborating with team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standardsQualifications
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
- Experience with high-end custom homes and renovations is an asset
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying materials, and working on your feet throughout the day
