Asphalt Crew Lead – Commercial Division
Invictus Northwest Group is expanding our Asphalt & Drainage Division. We focus on commercial
parking lots, logistics yards, strata properties, and municipal infrastructure. Our mission: Rep, Protect &
Extend the Life of Hard Assets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial paving crews on-site
- Oversee prep, grading, compaction, and finish work
- Ensure proper drainage slopes and clean tie-ins
- Coordinate trucks and material timing
- Train labourers and operators
- Maintain safe, professional job sites
Requirements:
- 2+ years asphalt paving or road construction experience
- Experience leading a crew
- Strong understanding of base prep, compaction, and joint construction
- Knowledge of drainage and catch basin tie-ins
- Valid BC Class 3 Driver’s License OR Heavy Trailer Endorsement (Code 20)
- Clean driving record

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
