What You'll Be Doing
- Operate D6 dozer and related attachments to support production and site development activities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation
- Follow site plans to move materials, grade surfaces, and maintain haul roads efficiently
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and meet production targets
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate dozers and heavy equipment with attachments
- Strong understanding of grading, site preparation, and material handling best practices
- Commitment to workplace safety with the ability to follow procedures and identify hazards
- Reliable team player with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
