Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Poultry Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the care and processing of poultry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, cleanliness, ability to follow instructions, work independently and physically able to handle the demands of the job, including but not limited to bending, lifting and standing for long periods of time. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our poultry operations.
Duties
- Assist in the daily care and monitoring the poultry ensuring their health and well-being.
- Operate barn machinery
- Perform tasks related to the processing of poultry, including but not limited to handling, sorting, and packaging.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Previous experience in agriculture or poultry processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
