One of our manufacturing clients is looking for Paint Line Operator for their manufacturing facility near Woodstock, ON.
Pay - $25-$27/hr
Shift - 8 hour rotating shift
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts onto and off the automated paint line using material handling equipment.
Operate paint line equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
Clean paint tips and make basic adjustments to spray equipment when needed.
Troubleshoot minor equipment and paint line issues within your level of training.
Participate in safety, equipment, and respirator training as required.
Check paint viscosity to ensure proper application.
Measure wet and dry paint thickness using testing equipment.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Report quality issues or defective products.
Complete production and quality records accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience operating industrial equipment or automated production lines is preferred.
Paint line experience is an asset but not required.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and adjustments.
Basic computer skills for completing production and quality records.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
