Title: Field Supervisor, Matting

Complete coordination of the install and removal of allocated matting projects.

Organize the operation and maintenance of matting installation and service equipment (i.e. Loaders, grapple and hoes).

Support in training Matting Operators all aspects of field operations and matting equipment via our SOP’s.

Ensure field staff comply to all safety rules and regulations.

Ensure that all field paperwork is completed accurately, signed off and submitted in a timely manner. Including but not limited to daily field tickets, work orders, incident reports, third party, rebills and safety documentation.

Responsible for Strad after hour’s communication with customers. Coordinate with rest of the team to ensure work is properly addressed even when outside of normal business hours.

Ensure safety compliance both on and off job sites.

Manager day to day customer and employee challenges.

Act as a conflict mediator and help in the resolution of any workplace conflicts.

Additional duties as assigned.

3+ years’ experience with heavy equipment operation is required (i.e. Loaders and hoes).

Experience with setting mats with loader and/or grapple is preferred.

Previous knowledge and experience with Strad’s matting products is preferred.

Proficient with computers and data entry.
-
Flexible schedule is required.
-

High standards of integrity, energy level, and motivation.

Ability to be insurable for operations of Strad’s equipment.

Ability to travel and be flexible with time scheduling to meet customer demands.

Working in outdoor weather conditions in wet and extreme cold.

Requires strenuous activities including walking, bending, climbing and being able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

Must be mentally alert at all times.

Long shifts, regularly 13 hour shifts of work and driving long distances in varying weather conditions.
