We have the work for you to make the hours! If you are a top shelf person, expect to make 100 hours every two weeks and up to $50.00/hour based on proficiency.

Daily Duties Include:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as outlined by General Motors and dealership standards.
- Diagnose specific owner concerns, determine what repairs are necessary, and what parts are required.
- Communicate effectively with service and parts consultants regarding vehicle and customer needs.
- Perform & maintain high quality work standards.
- Strive for fixed right the first time.
- Have a high say / do ratio.
- Work with existing technician team, coach younger and less experienced techs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use dealership tools and equipment responsibly and with care.
- Provide a clean driver’s abstract with no restrictions.
A suitable candidate will have:
- 310T and/or 310S Automotive Service Technician.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Ability to relocate or reliably commute before your start date.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles systems.
This is a full-time position.

Signing Bonus Disclaimer:
Eligible new hires will receive a signing bonus totaling $10,000, distributed in three installments: $3,000 paid within the first pay period, $3,000 after completing three (3) months of continuous employment, and $4,000 after completing six (6) months of continuous employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone to receive the respective payment. If the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before reaching a milestone, they will forfeit any unpaid portion of the signing bonus.
