Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Beauty Retail Associate (Aesthetician) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering skincare and beauty consultations, and promoting our product lines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse clientele effectively. We're looking for an aesthetician, medical aesthetician, or beauty/aesthetics student who loves skincare and people to join us as a brand host for our retail activation.
What you'll do
Welcome and engage customers, and set the tone for the SERUMIZE experience Run 3D skin analyses on our in-store machine (full training provided, no prior experience with it needed) Recommend products based on each customer's skin and goals Host our influencer and media launch event as a brand representative Help customers check out and handle front desk duties with warmth and professionalism Drive retail sales through genuine, educational conversations Keep the space clean, sanitized, and welcoming throughout each shift.
What we're looking for
Enrolled in or graduated from a beauty, aesthetics, or medical aesthetics program Fluent in English Outgoing, confident, and goal-driven Strong people skills and a real passion for skincare and beauty Comfortable starting conversations and making guests feel at ease
Nice to have
Experience in guest services, retail, or front desk operations

Job type: Casual, seasonal, internship/co-op Contract length: 2 to 14 days, between June 23 and July 5 Schedule: On call, weekends as needed Location: In person, Stackt Market, 28 Bathurst St, Toronto Benefits: Flexible schedule, on-site parking, store discount French not required
