Line Cook/Chef de Partie

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to Evil Dave's Grill standards.
- Take ownership of your station during service.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate.
- Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and organization.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Help train and support junior cooks when required.
- Contribute ideas while maintaining consistency with established recipes.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and service-ready.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a line cook or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
