We’re looking for a polished Security Professional who understands how to operate in high-net-worth environments where professionalism, discretion, and confidence matter just as much as security experience.
This is for two open vacancies with a start date of as soon as possible.
This is not a “stand at a door” position. You’ll be interacting daily with investors, executives, VIP, and affluent clientele in a corporate environment. The right candidate knows how to remain calm under pressure, communicate with confidence, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 2:30PM and 10:30AM - 6:30PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a high-level customer service to investors, executives, and guests
- Maintain a professional security presence in a luxury corporate setting
- Monitor access control, visitor management, and lobby operations
- De-escalate difficult personalities professionally and tactfully
- Conduct interior patrols and respond to incidents discreetly
- Coordinate with property management and executive teams
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Always uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous security, luxury concierge, executive protection experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle demanding or high-profile personalities professionally
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor
- Experience in corporate, hotel, or VIP environments is an asset
- Comfortable working in a formal business environment
- Valid Ontario security guard licence and First Aid and CPR
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Uniform & Presentation
This is a suit-and-tie environment. Security Guards are expected to maintain a sharp, polished, executive-level appearance always. You must have either a black or navy-blue suit.
