Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and online chat platforms.
- Accurately enter data, updating customer records and transaction details.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support daily B2B sales operations
Requirements
Language: English+Chinese/English +Korean
Having a driver's license
Familiarity with Korean beauty products
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Ability to accurately and efficiently input data
Excellent analytical skills and customer service techniques; able to understand customer needs and feedback
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Able to flexibly adapt to changing work priorities and customer needs

Pop-Up Store Counter Sales Associate
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Pop-Up Store Counter Sales Associate to represent our brand at pop-up events and retail locations. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an attractive product display.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and answer customer questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain product displays and replenish stock as needed.
- Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Meet daily sales targets and promote special offers.
- Record customer feedback and report inventory shortages.
- Assist with opening, closing, and event setup/teardown.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Having a driver's license
- Previous retail, beauty, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.

Salary: $18/h+ commission
