Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist with food handling and storage, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Help in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.
